Can you believe this is the last week?!
Since we are finishing up, let's share what God has taught us through this study. What has been the best part for you?
Praying for each of us to finish strong! Love you all!
I feel like God has reminded me to love like Jesus. Love everyone! Jesus was compassionate to the poor, needy, sick, sinners, etc. He knew who needed Him most. He was focused. He had a mission and didn't stray from it. Do good to others and respect nothing in return. Do these things to show my love and gratitude to the Lord.
I've loved reading about faith. How big many people's faith was. Mary trusting God when she was told she would be giving birth to Jesus as she was a virgin. People trusting that Jesus could heal just by speaking words. Hearing the miracles Jesus performed grows my faith. We are saved by faith. "Your faith has saved you; go in peace." Luke 7:50.
Jesus knew scripture and used it against the devil. He was able to show Satan that he was misapplying scripture as he was tempting Jesus (Luke, chapter 4). I need to read, study, and memorize more scripture to use it against temptation and also to point all things to God.
Jesus is God. It is so clear in this book. Only God can heal, cast out demons, and save. Not man. If Jesus was just a man, He could not do such things. Jesus is God in the flesh.
