Week 5 Blessings

I am so very blessed!

I am so blessed by all of your encouragement!  Hearing all of your stories lifts me up and makes me want to do more!  Thank you!

I am blessed by this study challenging me!  I am motivated to do the things I ask all of you.  And your ideas bring more to mind that I should do!  And I want to!  If it weren't for this study, I'd be lazy!

I'm blessed that Luke took Lucy on a Valentine date last night!  My Mom always made us feel special on Valentine's Day sending flowers to school.  I was going to suggest that Luke do something to make Lucy feel special and he beat me to the punch!  She got to pick out a new baby and have ice cream with her Valentine! 

I'm blessed by the time I got to spend with Zac while the other love birds were on their date.  We colored and shared ice cream and took silly pictures.  I love when we get one on one time!

I love that Zac wants to "Pray to Jesus... one more time" before going to bed.  One more time is usually a lot more than one more time.  Especially lately he has been scared at night.  We've been able to share that he can pray to Jesus anytime he feels scared and Jesus will help him.  (Please pray these nightmares and being scared at night stop.  Poor guy wakes up and says "Grandma's scary."  So sad!)

Praise

Praise God for each of us encouraging each other with our neighbor challenge! 

Praise for great friends encouraging me to surprise Luke with the dinner set up for Valentine's day!  We had a yummy dinner by candlelight with the kids.  They loved the fire and hearts on the table.  It was really fun to do dinner that way.  It may just be a new family Valentine tradition!
