Week 2 Monday

S- Colossians 1:15-16 "The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him."
O- The Son is the image of the invisible God!  God created ALL things.  He created all things for His own purpose.  Proverbs 16:4 "The LORD has made everything for his own purposes, even the wicked for a day of disaster."
A- All things and each of us were created for God's own purposes!  Am I allowing God to use me just as He has planned?  Or am I pushing Him away and trying to do everything myself?  I need to be more aware of each and every thing around me that God created and show Him thanks for all of His many, many blessings.  Even the difficult things.  The things or people that frustrate me were created by God for a purpose.  We are ALL God's children.  I need to be more loving, always.
P- Dear God, thank you so much for using some difficult situations lately to show me that I need to be more loving to everyone.  Whether they make it easy or not.  Thank you for creating me for your own purposes.  I pray that I am not pushing you away and am allowing you to use me however you have planned.  Change my heart to be more like yours.  Thank you that you created each of us to be unique.  Help me to love and show my love more.  In Jesus' name I pray, Amen!

This is one of the girls from the group’s SOAP journal.  I loved it and had to share!  I love seeing how God speaks differently to each of us!  I have learned so much from these ladies already!

S- Col 1:15,16   Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.  He made the things we can see and the things we can't see such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.  Everything was created through him and for him.
O- God sent Jesus in the flesh not only to die as the perfect lamb for our transegressions but also so we could see, touch, and talk with our visual/tangible God.  Seeing is believing.
A- It astounds me as I learn more about God and how everything He does fits perfectly together on many levels. My glimpse of God's perfect plan humbles me.  It humbles me to learn a new aspect, a visual God in Jesus.  My knowledge is less than surface deep of God's perfect plan.
P-Lord God, Thank you for your divine timing and perfect plan.  Lord, you astound me in your Holiness.  Your timing is always perfect as you created the master plan.  I am so grateful for Jesus.  Though Him, I am saved.  Thank you for the visual image of You.  Lord, thank you for this time. Amen.
