Naps were all messed up today and we almost skipped school today. The kids were being difficult and Daddy had his men’s group this evening. I had planned on painting our rocks we found the day before. It was also raining out most of the day. I had heard great things about finger painting in the bath tub. Genius idea! We painted our rocks in the tub, followed by a bath. Clean up was a cinch! This was Zac’s first time with finger paints, so he was a little hesitant to paint the rocks and just wanted to squish his fingers in the paint.
“What are we doing painting in the bath tub?”
Our painting was short and sweet, but he hasn’t stopped talking about painting rocks.
