Lucy woke up early for a bottle then I let her sleep in the bed. I woke up to her bum in my face. She was laying on the pillow by her feet and turned herself around to sprawl out and get comfy. The morning before, she tried to kick Mandy out of the bed.
Walking to Pier 1 for the Farmer’s Market.
Then we got back on the bus tour and stopped at Chinatown. I have to say, I’m glad I saw Chinatown once, but will be fine to not see it again. Although, the food there was amazing! Shopping there wasn’t my favorite. All the same junk in every store. However, Mandy did score an awesome alligator that I didn’t see until we were gone . Pushing a stroller through these streets was not easy either. And someone had to wait outside the store with the babies, so that could have added to the dislike of the experience.
We used Mandy’s iPhone app “Yelp” to find our awesome restaurant. We got there and saw that we had to go up this unknown stairway hoping that it was going to be clean and safe. Not to mention we had to haul the giant monster stroller up the stairs. We got this giant table with a giant lazy susan to spin our food around to share. The girls had fun playing on the table until our food came. The food here was delicious!
Tilly falling asleep sitting up.
Back on the bus. This time Mandy and I got to sit on top and the babes stayed down below.
Next stop… seeing the “Full House” house. Mandy running the stroller up another hill.
Here are the famous houses that are shown on the intro of “Full House”. The inside of the house where the show is actually filmed is about a mile away from here. This was one of our favorite shows and we couldn’t not stop here.
She started shivering as soon as I sat her down.
If this girl has a Grandma near by, she does not want her Mama. She is a total Grandma’s girl. She has a fit if either Grandma leaves her side.
Beautiful Ashley. We loved all the cool doors and entryways as we walked through the city.
Mandy ended up riding on the inside of the bus and Ash got to brave the cold with me going over the Golden Gate Bridge again. We were hoping for no fog this time…
…but instead it was even more foggy! And COLD!
We could actually see the top of the bridge on the other side!
We had my favorite meal this night for dinner. “Yelp” was a super successful helper in finding great food. We chose Mexican. Mamita’s near Fisherman’s Wharf did not disappoint! I had a fish taco and shrimp taco. Amazing! And the chips and salsa! Oh! I could not stop eating the salsa! It had the best flavor. It was quite spicy for me, but I could not get enough!
Ashley and I took the babies back to the hotel while Mom and Mandy walked to Ghirardhelli’s for one last shake and sundae for all of us to share. Poor Tilly was struggling. I walked out to find a garbage and came back to these two snuggled up. So cute!
