Lucy spent the night in the nursery and just came in to eat every 2-3 hours. We got a few more visitors and mostly just hung out and enjoyed our new baby girl.
Julie and Max came back and brought Lexie to meet Lucy.
Pam, Jessica, and Presley came too. Presley loved Luke’s birthday cupcakes. She was trying to be sneaky and not get her picture taken.
I was saying that Lucy needed a bow and the next thing I knew Luke had made Lucy this bow out of a piece of ribbon off of one of her presents. We didn’t have anything to stick it on with, so I balanced it on her head for some cute pictures. What a cool Daddy she has!
I love her soft, fuzzy hair! It’s longer, thicker, and darker in the back.
And she has funny toes. She kept spreading out her big toe like this.
We sure missed Zac! We loved when he got to come to make the switch between Grandmas. He was not a fan of the hospital, especially when that baby got close to him!

I just love the look on Luke’s face here. He is so in love with his daughter. So sweet.
He was telling Lucy how excited he is to take her on dates. Telling her he’s going to take her shopping and buy her dresses and take her dancing. It was so sweet!
