Lucy spent the night in the nursery again and they told me they’ll bring her in to eat every 2-3 hours. Luke woke up in a panic and asked if they had brought her in yet. It had been 4 1/2 hours and they hadn’t. We both got nervous, because the last nurse that came in wasn’t our normal nurse. We called the nurse to bring her in and it took 20 minutes! I made Luke go find them. Lucy was just still sleeping and so they were letting us both get some rest. It was so weird that it took so long for them to bring her in. After a little worry, we are very relieved and happy that she continued to be a great sleeper at home. Sleeping for 4-5 hour stretches before waking up to eat!
We were told we’d get to check out at 9:00, so we were all packed up and ready to go. It took forever for the doctors to come in and do their last check up. It ended up being a couple hours later before we got to take our girl home.
