We are very blessed that Luke qualified in the Monday Nationwide Qualifier to play in the local PGA Nationwide Tour Event and Willow Creek Country Club. Zac and I had fun going out to watch Dad practice, have breakfast and lunch with him in the clubhouse, and hang out in the family lounge while he finished up. It was a fun experience all around, even though he missed the cut and only got to play Thursday and Friday. We’re thankful we got to see what it’s like to play on that level.
Watching Dad practice on the range.
Failed attempt at fitting us all in the picture. Sorry Zac.
We got to watch Luke on his last hole. Grandpa Milan took Zac in the stroller and he stayed quiet while he watched his Dad (or looked for birds). He loves this stroller and looking for birds with Grandpa. I was happy to watch if only the last green. It was fun to see Julie, Lexie and Max there watching too. Lex made Max a sign that he taped to his back and wore the whole time that said Luke Swilor is #1! Luke signed it for him and signed a ball. It was fun to see the kids asking for autographs as the players finished up. We had a lot of fun and thank God for blessing Luke with the talent of golf and for the opportunity to play!
