We found out this month that Zac loves mac & cheese! He loves eating everything by himself with his hands more than he does if I feed him with a spoon. He’s tried all kinds of new foods and mac & cheese and bananas are his favorites!
He loves my phone. Whenever it rings he yells “Dad!”. I put a picture of Luke as my screensaver for a couple days and Zac loved it. He kept kissing him and talking to him.
I love getting Zac after his nap. He’s so happy when he gets up! Before he goes to sleep he loves to kiss Lucy and pat my belly and talk to her. I finally got some pictures of him doing it. He especially loves when he can see my bare belly and pokes my belly button.
He’s so silly!
We have been blowing bubbles during bath time. This was one of the first times we tried the bubbles. He thought they were pretty fun.

I can’t remember why he was being sad. He has always been such a cuddler. We love it!

He likes to stand and play with the toys on his bouncer now. He mostly only gets in when I need to run upstairs for something, so he doesn’t follow me or when we have dinner and he’s already had his.

Zac took his “first steps” this month, or so we thought. We were so excited and were cheering him on. He got so excited that he was laughing to hard to keep it up. It was so funny. He takes a few steps here and there. Mostly if he doesn’t realize he’s doing it. We know he could do it, but he would still just rather crawl.

Zac says “Jesus”. It mostly sounds like “ssuss”, but it’s the same every time and sounds different than when he says a snake says “ssss”. It’s his cute way to say Jesus!
We’ve been practicing asking him how old he is, so he can show everyone that he is one at his birthday party next month.

And here are all the words he says now. The only one he wouldn’t say was “Zac”. He says “Zzzz” with the cutest lisp. Here he says “Hi”, “Mom”, “Dad”, “Jesus”, “Hi” (again), and “Amen”. And of course when we say good job he loves to clap.
