Wheeler Farm

Mandy and Quinn were up for a couple days, so we had to get together to play!  We went to our favorite lunch spot, Costa Vida.

And off to Wheeler Farm!  I have been wanting to take Zac for awhile, but the weather has not been nice enough.  We almost got rained out again, but the storm passed while we ate lunch and it was perfect when we got there.  And we basically had the farm to ourselves!

These two honkers ran right up to me.  While Mandy ran the other way, I showed them who was boss.  I probably should have ran with her, but I figured they just wanted food.  They had to be pretty tame to be at a busy farm like this, so I was brave.

Quinny borrowed Zac’s stroller and LOVED it!  She didn’t want to get out and explore.  That’s one fun stroller.
Zac’s favorite were the noisy goats and geese/ducks.  They were the loudest and moved around the most.  He thought they were cool.

I paid .50 cents for a bag of bird seed to feed the ducks.

Here they come…

…honking and waddling as fast as they could.

Quack!

It wasn’t long before we were surrounded. 

Quinn is like her Mama and wasn’t so sure about those crazy honkers.   And Zac says, “Oh come on Quinn, just sit in the dirt with me and watch these guys”.

It was so much fun!  Best .50 cents spent in a long time.  We were laughing so hard at all the birds that appeared out of nowhere for a little treat. 

Hi friend!  I remember going to Wheeler Farm when I was little, but I don’t remember it being that much fun.  I also don’t remember the big park and picnic tables.  Me and Zac will be spending lots of days here this summer, especially since it’s free!  So, if you wanna join us, let us know!
