We dropped Luke off for his tournament and got to visit with Grandpa Newell for a minute before they went out. Grandpa was able to ride with Luke the first 9 holes and was inside having lunch while Luke practiced. Me and Zac went in to visit and Zac got to eat Grandpa’s pickle. He loves pickles!
Palisade is one of our family favorite summer places. We love to go play in the water and picnic on the beach. I was so excited to take Zac to play in the sand. It was way too cold to play in the water, but perfect for sitting on the beach. We played for about an hour before Luke was done playing.
What is this stuff? I better taste it.

Mad that I wouldn’t let him put an entire hand full of sand in his mouth.
He loves to dance or splash or move just that one leg. Playing in the sand was no different.
Mean Mom put his toes in the cold water.
I love his short chubby thumbs.
So happy to see his Daddy!

so..I've never been to Palisade before. My roommate went when we lived in E-town. But now I am considering making a trip down there... it looks BEAUTIFUL!!!
