Let Her Hug a Bear!

Lucy looks a lot like Luke.  I can especially see him in this picture.

We have been wondering if she’s getting teeth.  She keeps pulling this funny face and making funny humming sounds as she sucks on her lip.

I’m posting a whole bunch of basically the same picture, because I think it is funny that Zac was so upset that I sat him next to Lucy and she is as happy as can be.   She just loves being close to him.

“Yes!  He’s still sitting by me!  I’ll just lean a little closer!”

”Yes!!!”

“Thanks for distracting him with the remote, Mom.  Anything to sit by him a little longer!”

“He doesn’t know it yet, but I’m touching his favorite blanket!!!”

“Best day ever!!!”

“I just have to touch his blankey again!”

“I just want to cuddle with his blankey.”

“I’m just going to pretend I don’t know his arm is on my chair and slowly lean closer to him.”

Seriously!  Could she be any happier to be sitting next to him?  One day he’ll feel the same about her.

Luke was telling me that Lucy needed to play with more toys.  Somehow we were talking about Zac played with more toys at her age and I must have said he was hugging a bear in a picture or something.  I just remember him saying, “Well, let her hug a bear!”  So here she is, hugging a bear.  Wearing another pair of Zac’s jammies and hugging Zac’s favorite bear.  I can’t find the picture of Zac hugging this bear now. 

But here’s Zac hugging the Grinch on Christmas Eve.  So, they are pretty much the same age in these pictures.
